The Oak Flush-Mount Ceiling Light brings the wood-patterned metal finish of the Oak family close to the ceiling. Its circular, restrained form keeps the design visually calm, while the wood-effect pattern gives the metal body a warmer appearance. It is particularly suitable where the visible scale of a 50 cm ceiling light is wanted without a long pendant suspension.
At 18 cm in overall height, Oak requires significantly less vertical space than the suspended models in the same family.
Wood-patterned metal defines the Oak design
The body of the Oak ceiling light is made from wood-patterned metal. This combines a metal construction with a surface that visually resembles wood.
The circular shape is deliberately simple, allowing the patterned finish to remain clearly visible and form an essential part of the fixture’s appearance. The finish gives Oak a warmer visual quality than a plain single-colour metal ceiling light.
Its 50 cm diameter provides noticeable presence on the ceiling while the low-profile construction keeps the fixture close to the surface.
Integrated LED provides defined lighting performance
Oak has an integrated 32 W LED that is included with the fixture. It produces 1530 lumens at a 3000 K colour temperature.
No separate bulbs are required, so the power, luminous flux and colour temperature are predefined parts of the luminaire. The 3000 K colour temperature provides warm white light.
The integrated LED construction also keeps the key lighting specifications consistent throughout the lifetime of the original light source.
TRIAC dimming adds flexibility
Oak is TRIAC dimmable. In a compatible electrical installation, the light output can be adjusted according to the required lighting level.
The recommended dimmer is Schneider Exxact WDE002299. Dimming allows the same ceiling light to provide stronger illumination when required and a softer level at other times.
The specified colour temperature remains 3000 K while the light output is adjusted.
A low-profile option within the Oak family
With an overall height of 18 cm, Oak is designed to sit close to the ceiling. It uses ceiling-hook mounting and includes a luminaire plug.
The Oak family also includes suspended LED lights in 50 cm and 70 cm diameters. These share the same wood-patterned metal design language while providing a pendant alternative where a longer suspension is preferred.
Replacement glare shields are also available as spare parts.
