Round Single translates the characteristic spherical form of the Round collection into a one-shade floor lamp. The visual focus is the 20 cm metal globe, emphasised by the uniform matt black finish. At 151 cm high, the lamp is well suited to placement beside furniture while offering a more restrained composition than the two-shade Round Double.
One globe creates a calm, simple silhouette
Round Single features one spherical metal shade. The uncomplicated geometric form gives the lamp a strong outline and keeps its appearance recognisable even when the light is switched off.
The matt black finish visually connects the shade with the rest of the lamp and highlights the circular shape. Against a lighter wall or furnishing surface the globe creates a distinct contrast, while the restrained colour also works easily with darker interiors.
The single-shade structure makes Round Single the simpler of the two Round floor-lamp formats. It can be positioned beside a sofa or armchair and is also suitable for use as a reading lamp.
Choose the final light with an E27 bulb
Round Single uses one E27 lamp holder rated for a maximum of 40 W. The bulb is not included.
The replaceable E27 format lets you choose the luminous output according to whether the lamp is used for reading or softer supplementary lighting. Colour temperature is also determined by the selected bulb, making it easy to coordinate the light with other fixtures in the room.
The power switch is positioned on the cord close to the pole, keeping the control near the fixture during everyday use.
The Round shape continues from floor to ceiling
The Round family includes the Round Single and Round Double Floor Lamps as well as the Round 20 Pendant Light. Round Single and Round Double both use the same 20 cm spherical form in different floor-lamp arrangements.
Single uses one globe and Double uses two, while Round 20 carries the same geometric idea into a pendant fixture. This allows the Round form to be repeated at different lighting levels within the same interior.
