The Vigo USB Table Lamp brings lighting, device charging and a small storage surface together in one compact fixture. Designed by Karl-Erik Grönlund, its straightforward metal form is especially practical in places where a mobile device needs to remain within easy reach. The integrated USB port and shelf make the table lamp useful both at home and in professional interiors without adding a separate charging accessory to the furnishing surface.
Light and USB charging in one place
The USB charging port is integrated into the lamp, allowing a compatible mobile device to be charged beside the light itself. A small shelf provides a convenient place for the phone while it is connected.
On a desk, this keeps lighting and charging within the same working area. On a bedside table, Vigo USB can provide both local light and a practical place to keep a phone overnight. The same idea works on a side table or in a hotel room, where easy access to charging can make the furnishing more functional.
The power switch is located directly on the body, keeping the main controls close to the user.
55 cm high with a compact metal shade
Vigo USB stands 55 cm high and has a shade diameter of 16.5 cm. This gives the table lamp clear vertical presence while keeping the upper section relatively compact. The modest shade diameter is useful on working surfaces and smaller tables where available space matters.
Both the shade and stem are made from metal. Black gives the linear structure stronger visual definition, while the white version creates a lighter and quieter appearance. Both finishes use the same clean design, allowing the practical USB and shelf elements to remain integrated into the overall form rather than appearing as separate additions.
Replaceable E27 bulb for flexible lighting
The Vigo USB Table Lamp uses one E27 bulb with a maximum rating of 60 W. The bulb is not included, allowing the colour temperature and luminous output to be selected according to the intended setting.
For desk use, the light source can be selected with practical working light in mind. On a bedside or side table, a warmer or lower-output E27 bulb can create a calmer lighting layer. Because the bulb is replaceable, the lighting character can also be changed later without replacing the lamp itself.
This allows Vigo USB to serve either as useful task lighting or as a more atmospheric table light, depending on the selected bulb.

In the table-lamp format, the Vigo USB concept is condensed into a 55 cm high fixture with integrated charging, a small shelf, a body-mounted switch and a replaceable E27 light source. It is a practical option wherever lighting and mobile-device charging are most useful in the same place.
