Spot is a table lamp built around straightforward functionality: an adjustable light head, an easily accessible switch and a replaceable GU10 LED bulb. Its 50 cm height makes it a natural choice for a desk where focused illumination is needed close to the working area.
The design remains visually simple, allowing the practical construction to take the lead. Black and white versions make it easy to select the finish that best suits the desk, surrounding furniture and interior.
A jointed spot for focused desk lighting
The Spot light head has a joint that allows the direction of the light to be changed. Instead of moving the entire lamp across the desk, the spot itself can be adjusted as the working position or illuminated area changes.
This is useful for writing, reading and other desk-based tasks where light is needed on a defined area rather than across the whole room. Spot therefore works as a focused lighting layer alongside the room’s general illumination.
The same directional joint is part of the wider Spot family, including the matching floor and wall lights.
Power switch directly on top of the shade
The on/off switch is positioned on top of the shade. This keeps the control within easy reach and avoids the need to search for a separate in-line switch behind the desk or among other cables.
The placement is particularly practical in a working environment where the lamp may be switched on and off frequently. Both directional adjustment and power control are concentrated around the upper part of the fixture.
Replaceable GU10 LED bulb
Spot uses one GU10 lamp holder for a maximum 10 W LED bulb. The bulb is not included.
The replaceable GU10 format allows the final luminous output and colour temperature to be selected according to the desk and surrounding lighting. The bulb can also be replaced later without changing the table lamp itself.
Because the fixture is directional, the selected GU10 bulb has a direct influence on the character and amount of focused light reaching the working area.
Black or white within the Spot family
The Spot Table Lamp is available in black and white. Product number 2460-05 identifies the black version, while 2460-06 is the white version. Both share the same 50 cm height, GU10 lamp holder, adjustable joint and top-mounted power switch.
The Spot family also includes a Floor Lamp and Wall Light. Their shared directional construction makes it possible to use the same visual and functional idea at several heights within one interior.
