The Pottery Pendant Light is defined first and foremost by its ceramic surface. White and brown tones give the compact fixture a more varied material appearance, while the black body creates a clear dark contrast. At only 17 cm in diameter, Pottery remains visually light, yet the ceramic gives it enough character to register as more than a purely functional light source.
With a height of 20 cm, the pendant has neat proportions and works well where a smaller fixture is preferable to a broad shade. The long adjustable suspension also gives the compact form more flexibility in different room heights.
Ceramic and black create a clear contrast
White-brown ceramic is the most distinctive visual element of Pottery. The variation between the two tones gives the surface more depth, while the black body provides a strong outline around the lighter ceramic.
The compact diameter keeps the pendant from appearing heavy. Pottery therefore works well where a smaller ceiling fixture is needed without giving up a visible material detail.
The same white-brown ceramic and black combination continues in the Pottery Table and Floor Lamps, making it possible to repeat the material language at different levels within an interior.
Compact proportions allow flexible placement
Pottery measures 17 cm in diameter and 20 cm high. These dimensions give it a compact pendant profile that requires relatively little visual space around the fixture.
The cord is 3 metres long and adjustable. This allows the pendant to be positioned closer to the ceiling or suspended significantly lower depending on the room proportions and furnishing arrangement.
The generous adjustment range is also useful in taller rooms where a short fixed suspension could leave a compact pendant too close to the ceiling. Pottery uses ceiling-hook mounting and a luminaire plug.
Choose the final light with an E27 bulb
Pottery uses one E27 lamp holder rated for a maximum of 40 W. The bulb is not included.
The replaceable E27 format lets you choose the luminous output and colour temperature according to the surrounding lighting. A warm white bulb creates a softer light appearance, while a more neutral colour temperature gives the illumination a fresher tone.
The amount of light can also be adapted by selecting an appropriate lumen output, allowing the lighting characteristics to be changed later without replacing the pendant itself.
Matching Pottery lighting for table and floor use
The Pottery family includes Pendant, Table and Floor Lamps. All three share the recognisable combination of white-brown ceramic and black.
The Table Lamp brings the ceramic detail to a furnishing surface, the Floor Lamp introduces it at floor level, and the Pendant Light completes the family above the room. Together they allow the same Pottery character to be repeated across different layers of lighting.
