The Planet Pendant Light combines a simple spherical silhouette with a distinctive textured acrylic surface. The white material is patterned rather than completely smooth, adding visual depth and creating the icy, planet-like appearance that defines the design.
With a diameter of 40 cm, Planet has enough scale to work as a clear focal point on its own. Its spherical form remains balanced from different viewing angles, making it equally suitable for a single installation or a more open interior where the pendant can be seen from several directions.
Textured acrylic gives the sphere its character
Planet is made from white textured acrylic. The patterned surface adds visual detail to the otherwise minimal globe and differentiates it from a conventional smooth spherical pendant.
The white finish keeps the overall design calm and allows the texture to become the main decorative feature. Rather than relying on additional colours or metal detailing, Planet is defined by its shape and surface.
At 40 cm in diameter, the globe has a noticeable presence while retaining a simple geometric form.
Use alone or create a grouped installation
Planet works as a single pendant, but its spherical shape also lends itself naturally to grouped installations. Several matching 40 cm Planet pendants can be suspended at different heights to create an airy three-dimensional composition.
Varying the suspension height gives each globe more visual space and makes the group more dynamic than a flat row of identical pendants.
Used individually, the 40 cm diameter gives Planet enough scale to stand confidently on its own.
Three-metre suspension provides flexible positioning
Planet has a 3-metre adjustable cord and suspension wire. The generous length makes it possible to choose either a shorter drop or a significantly lower hanging position according to the space.
The adjustment is particularly useful in high rooms and grouped installations, where several Planet pendants can be positioned on different levels.
The fixture uses ceiling-hook mounting and includes a luminaire plug.
E27 bulb lets you choose the final light
Planet uses one E27 lamp holder rated for a maximum of 60 W. The bulb is not included.
The replaceable E27 format allows the final luminous output and colour temperature to be selected according to the surrounding lighting. The light can therefore be adapted later simply by changing the bulb.
When several Planet pendants are grouped together, matching E27 bulbs can be used to keep the colour temperature and light output consistent throughout the installation.
