New York follows a simple pendant-light format in which the large shade forms the main visual element. Its sides widen towards the bottom, creating a balanced silhouette that remains easy to recognise from different viewing angles. Black, white and sand linen give the same basic form three distinct appearances without changing its proportions.
A straightforward shade that is easy to position
The design consists of a simple suspension and a broad, downward-widening shade. This makes the fixture easy to understand spatially before installation. At 55 cm in diameter, New York is not a small pendant and has enough scale to form a clear lighting feature on its own.
It can be positioned above a table or at another point where a single suspended light is intended to have a noticeable role. When planning the installation, allowing enough open space around the 55 cm shade helps the silhouette remain clearly visible.
The shade is 54 cm high. Combined with its 55 cm diameter, this gives New York more vertical presence than very shallow pendant designs, while the adjustable suspension still allows the final hanging height to be tailored to the room.
Three options give the same design different expressions
New York is available in black, white and sand linen. Black creates a strong, graphic silhouette, while white gives the pendant a lighter appearance against its surroundings. Sand linen introduces a warmer, natural-toned alternative. The product images show the same widening shade shape across all three versions.
The choice can therefore be based primarily on the desired colour and material character, as the overall dimensions and basic structure remain the same.
Replaceable E27 bulb keeps the light source flexible
New York uses one E27 lamp holder rated for a maximum of 60 W. The bulb is not included, so a compatible light source can be selected separately.
The replaceable E27 format allows the final light output and colour temperature to be chosen according to the intended use through the selected bulb. The light source can also be replaced later without replacing the complete pendant.
Adjustable suspension for flexible placement
The pendant has a 3-metre adjustable cord, providing generous flexibility when setting the hanging height. New York can therefore be suspended lower above a table or positioned higher when more open space is preferred around the fixture.
The light uses ceiling hook mounting and includes a luminaire plug. When setting the final position, the fixture’s own 54 cm height should be considered together with the available ceiling height and surrounding furnishings.
