Isle is a slender pendant whose character comes from the clear combination of wood and metal. Its narrow vertical profile takes up little horizontal space while creating a distinctive silhouette. The design works in homes and public interiors, particularly where a compact pendant or a repeated series of small fittings suits the space.
The two finishes give Isle noticeably different characters. Light wood paired with black metal creates a crisp contrast softened by the natural material. Dark wood with brass-coloured metal has a warmer, deeper palette. In both versions, the relationship between the materials is central to the design.
A slim pendant for dining tables and kitchen islands
The compact width makes Isle easy to use as an individual pendant. The same proportions also lend themselves to repetition, allowing several fittings to be arranged above a longer surface. Isle is made from metal and wood. The natural material is combined with a simple metal section, so the design gains its visual interest from proportion and material contrast rather than decorative detailing.
The lighter version combines light wood with black metal. The black section gives the slender form a clear outline, while the wood introduces a warmer surface.
The darker version combines dark wood with brass-coloured metal. Its warmer palette works naturally where dark timber tones or other warm metallic colours already appear in the interior. Here, brass-coloured describes the finish of the metal section rather than specifying brass as the material.
Replaceable GU10 LED and adjustable suspension
Isle takes one GU10 LED bulb with a maximum wattage of 5 W. The bulb is not included, allowing a compatible light source to be selected separately. The replaceable GU10 format also means the bulb can later be renewed without replacing the entire fitting.
A replaceable lamp base gives more flexibility than an integrated LED module when the light source eventually needs changing. A suitable GU10 LED can be selected within the stated maximum wattage.
Hook mounting and a ceiling plug complete the suspension system. Together with the long adjustable cord, these features make Isle practical both as an individual pendant and as part of a repeated lighting arrangement.
