Description
The Candle Chandelier takes the traditional candle chandelier as its starting point and translates the idea into a contemporary light fitting. Instead of candles, twelve small G4 halogen bulbs create the individual points of light, while chrome and crystal give the design a distinctly modern character.
Its open construction places both the light sources and crystals clearly on display. Candle is therefore suited to an interior where the chandelier is expected to contribute more than discreet general lighting. Its structure remains an important decorative feature even when the light is switched off.

A contemporary interpretation of candlelight
Traditional chandeliers were built around visible candles. Candle carries the same idea into an electric light fitting, using twelve compact G4 bulbs to create the impression of individual candle flames without relying on heavy traditional candle sleeves.
The multiple light sources give the chandelier a lively visual rhythm. Rather than concentrating the light around a single central bulb, points of light appear throughout the fitting while the surrounding crystals reflect the illumination.
The halogen bulbs are included, so there is no need to purchase twelve separate light sources before using the chandelier.
Chrome and crystal create reflective detail
Candle combines chrome with clear crystal. Both surfaces interact with light in different ways: chrome emphasises the structure with a polished metallic sheen, while the crystals add sparkling reflective details.
This combination is particularly suitable where a ceiling light is intended to be decorative and clearly visible. Candle does not attempt to disappear into the ceiling; its open structure, multiple points of light and crystal elements define its character.
The chandelier benefits from a position where there is visual space around it. Allowing the fitting to be viewed from the sides helps reveal both its candle-inspired construction and crystal detailing.
Adjustable suspension for flexible placement
Candle is suspended from a three-metre cord and wires, with the hanging height adjustable to suit the room. This makes it easier to relate the chandelier to the ceiling height and nearby furniture.
Its generous scale works naturally where a chandelier can be given sufficient visual space, including above a large table or in a more open area. The adjustable suspension helps establish a height where the fitting remains prominent without interfering with the use of the room.
