Description
Designed by Karl-Erik Grönlund, Acoustic Line brings lighting and acoustic treatment together in one clean, linear pendant. Its long, narrow form makes it particularly suitable above a desk, meeting table or other elongated piece of furniture. At the same time, the integrated acoustic felt adds a sound-absorbing element without requiring a completely separate acoustic panel in the ceiling area.

Lighting and acoustic comfort in one pendant
The sound-absorbing properties of the Acoustic Line felt have been tested under laboratory conditions. The material helps soften the surrounding acoustic environment, making the pendant particularly relevant for offices and other spaces where both lighting and sound comfort need to be considered.
The acoustic felt is also an important visual part of the design. Four standard colours are available: natural white, light grey, dark grey and black. For projects requiring a different colour direction, the pendant can also be upholstered in Eurospot 2 fabrics, providing more freedom to coordinate the acoustic element with the surrounding interior.
A slim linear form for positioning above a table
The elongated, narrow shape of Acoustic Line makes it a natural fit above a table. Its linear form follows the proportions of longer furniture and gives the pendant a clear presence without requiring a bulky structure. Adjustable three-metre suspension cables provide flexibility when selecting the hanging height and also make the pendant suitable for rooms with high ceilings. The fitting is secured to the ceiling with screws.
An integrated 24 W LED produces 1750 lumens, so no separate bulb is required. The pendant is available with either a 3000 K or 4000 K colour temperature. The 3000 K version provides a warmer white tone, while 4000 K offers a more neutral white light, allowing the lighting character to be selected according to the space and its use.
Dimmable lighting for different situations
Both colour temperature versions are TRIAC dimmable. With a compatible dimmer, the light level can be adjusted to suit different tasks and times of day, from brighter functional illumination to a lower, softer level. Acoustic Line has been tested with the Schneider Exxact WDE002299 dimmer.
Acoustic Line is designed for interiors where a pendant is expected to do more than provide light. Its acoustic felt, adjustable suspension, two colour temperature options and slim linear profile make it a practical solution for workspaces and table settings where lighting and acoustic comfort are both part of the design.
