Philadelphia is a pendant light defined by simple proportions and the calm appearance of its chintz fabric shade. The design avoids unnecessary decorative elements, allowing the textile surface, colour and dimensions to shape the overall character.
Chintz fabric gives the shade a calm textile finish
The Philadelphia shade is made from chintz fabric. Its simple textile surface works naturally where a softer material character is preferred over metal or glass.
The design is deliberately restrained. Rather than relying on decorative details, Philadelphia is shaped by the fabric surface, 50 cm width and balanced proportions.
The black version creates a darker, more graphic element, while the white shade gives the same form a lighter visual presence.
Balanced proportions for dining and living spaces
At 50 cm in diameter, Philadelphia is a medium-sized pendant that can form a clear feature above a dining table or within a living area. The 24 cm shade height keeps the overall profile relatively low compared with its width.
A 3-metre adjustable cord allows the suspension height to be adapted to the room. Above a dining table, the pendant can be brought closer to the furniture, while taller rooms can make use of the longer available drop.
Philadelphia uses ceiling-hook mounting, making it a traditionally suspended pendant whose position follows the ceiling hook.
E27 bulb lets you choose the lighting characteristics
Philadelphia uses one E27 lamp holder rated for a maximum of 60 W. The bulb is not included.
The replaceable E27 format allows the final luminous output and colour temperature to be selected according to the room and surrounding lighting. A warmer bulb creates a softer light appearance, while a more neutral colour temperature gives the illumination a fresher tone.
The amount of light can also be adapted by choosing an E27 bulb with an appropriate lumen output. The maximum permitted power is 60 W.
Philadelphia continues as table and floor lamps
The Philadelphia range includes table and floor lamps alongside the pendant. All three formats share the same restrained fabric-shade character and black or white colour options.
The Philadelphia Table Lamp measures 61 cm high and 35 cm in diameter, while the Floor Lamp stands 156 cm high with a 50 cm diameter. This allows the same simple design language to be used for ceiling, table and floor lighting.
