Color Play introduces colour to pendant lighting without relying on a complicated shape. Its recognisable appearance is created by two clearly defined sections: a coloured, ribbed ceramic upper part and a white glass lower section. The rounded geometry keeps the design calm, while the ceramic texture and four colour choices give each version a more individual character.
The compact pendant works naturally above a table or in another position where a relatively small suspended point of light is required. Color Play can be used in homes as well as public interiors such as restaurants. Its modest diameter also makes it useful where a large shade would feel too dominant.

Ribbed ceramic meets white glass
The upper part of Color Play is ceramic with a ribbed surface that makes the material an important part of the design. The textured finish contrasts with the smoother white glass section below.
The glass lower section softly diffuses the light instead of leaving the light source completely exposed. This makes Color Play useful above a table or as supplementary lighting in a living space when a softer spread of light is preferred over a narrowly focused downward beam.
The combination of ceramic and glass also gives Color Play a distinctly different character from an all-metal pendant. Its visual interest comes from the relationship between material, texture and colour rather than elaborate decorative elements.
Four colours in the same compact form
Color Play is available in four colour combinations. The ceramic upper section comes in rose, sand, blue or green, while the lower glass section remains white in every version.
Sand is the most restrained of the four options, while rose, blue and green create a more noticeable colour accent. This makes it possible to choose whether the pendant should blend more quietly with its surroundings or become a clearer point of colour within the room.
The relatively compact dimensions also make colour easier to introduce without creating one large dominant surface. Several Color Play pendants can also be used when a repeated arrangement is preferred above a longer table or other piece of furniture.
E27 fitting with an adjustable fabric cord
Color Play takes one E27 light source with a maximum wattage of 40 W. The standard E27 fitting allows the characteristics of the light source to be selected according to the intended use.
A three-metre adjustable fabric cord provides generous flexibility when setting the hanging height. The long adjustment range is useful for different ceiling heights and can also help when several pendants are arranged at coordinated or staggered levels.
Color Play is designed for hook mounting and comes with a ceiling plug. It is particularly well suited to anyone looking for a relatively compact E27 pendant that combines white glass with coloured, ribbed ceramic.
