The Montreal Floor Lamp is built around a classic shade and a clean, tall frame. Its appearance is straightforward and easy to understand, allowing the selected colour to have a strong influence on the overall character. The brushed-steel frame remains consistent across the different versions, while black, white, lime and turquoise provide distinctly different colour options.
As a freestanding light, Montreal can be positioned where an elevated light source is wanted without ceiling suspension. It provides a higher lighting point than a table lamp while remaining movable within the room.
Classic shade and brushed steel create a balanced look
The defining element of the Montreal family is its traditional, classic shade. In the floor lamp, it is supported by a brushed-steel coloured frame that provides a common visual foundation for all four colour versions.
Montreal measures 160 cm in height and 45 cm in diameter. These proportions give it the scale expected of a floor lamp while the overall form remains simple. It is therefore suitable when a clearly visible floor light is wanted without an elaborate or heavily decorative structure.
The tall frame raises the light source above the level of a table lamp. As a result, Montreal can be positioned alongside furniture or in another location where there is sufficient floor space for a freestanding light.
Four colours give the same design different expressions
Montreal is available in black, white, lime and turquoise. Black and white provide the more neutral options, while lime and turquoise introduce noticeably more colour to the same classic form.
The colour choice can therefore determine how strongly the floor lamp stands out from its surroundings. Even in the brighter options, the restrained shape keeps the silhouette clear and recognisably part of the Montreal family.
The brushed-steel frame is shared across the floor-lamp versions, while the dimensions, lamp holder and basic construction remain the same.
E27 lamp holder provides flexibility in bulb choice
Montreal uses one E27 lamp holder rated for a maximum of 60 W. The bulb is not included, allowing a compatible light source to be selected separately.
The replaceable E27 format makes it possible to choose lighting characteristics according to the intended use. Final luminous output, colour temperature and other lighting properties depend on the selected bulb. The light source can also be changed later while keeping the lamp itself in use.
When selecting a bulb, compatibility with the E27 lamp holder and the 60 W maximum rating should be observed.
A coordinated Montreal lighting family
The Montreal Floor Lamp belongs to a product family that also includes Montreal pendant and table lamps. The floor and table versions use brushed-steel coloured frames.
The family allows the same classic shade design to be repeated at different heights. The floor lamp provides a tall freestanding lighting point, the table lamp sits on a furnishing surface, and the pendant extends the design to ceiling lighting.
