- Raindrop suits homes, offices and larger shared spaces
Raindrop is built around nine individual arms and round glass globes arranged to resemble drops of water suspended in motion. The varying positions of the globes add visual movement and keep the 75 cm wide fixture feeling relatively open despite its nine separate light points.
Matt black and matt brass define the structure, while the rounded glass elements soften the geometry of the arms. The result is a ceiling light that can provide general illumination while also functioning as a prominent decorative feature.
Glass globes make the light part of the design
The nine round glass globes are the most recognisable elements of Raindrop. Light is reflected and diffused through the glass, creating a softer effect and subtle shadows around the fixture.
Because the light sources are distributed across several points, the illumination does not originate from a single central bulb. This gives Raindrop a different character from a conventional ceiling light with one large shade.
The spherical glass shapes also create a softer visual contrast with the more linear black and brass structure.
Matt black and brass define the large-scale structure
Raindrop combines matt black with matt brass. The darker frame provides a clear visual foundation, while the brass details introduce a warmer metallic tone within the structure.
The two-tone finish helps the nine-arm arrangement remain easy to read visually even when the light is switched off. It also makes Raindrop a natural companion to interiors that already use black or brass details in furniture, hardware or other lighting.
With a diameter of 75 cm and a height of 70 cm, the fixture benefits from sufficient open space around it so its complete composition remains visible.
Nine G9 bulbs distribute the illumination
Raindrop uses nine G9 lamp holders, each suitable for a maximum 5 W LED bulb. The bulbs are not included.
Replaceable G9 bulbs allow the final luminous output and colour temperature to be selected according to the space. Using matching bulbs in all nine positions helps maintain a consistent colour appearance and balanced output throughout the fixture.
The glass globes spread the light around the ceiling fixture, making Raindrop suitable as part of the general lighting in a larger room.
A strong focal point for larger interiors
Raindrop works naturally in living rooms, dining areas and foyers as well as offices and meeting spaces. Its 75 cm diameter gives it clear visual presence, while the 70 cm height adds a strong vertical dimension to the design.
Above a dining area, the nine-globe composition can create a distinctive focal point. In a living room or foyer, the structure is particularly effective where it can be viewed from several angles and the glass globes have enough space around them.
