Denver USB is designed for situations where both focused task lighting and softer ambient light are useful in the same position. The fitting combines a directional LED spotlight with a separate E27 light source behind a shade. Because the two lights can be controlled independently, Denver can provide reading light, softer background illumination or both at the same time.
An integrated USB charging port adds practical functionality where a phone or other mobile device is normally kept within reach. Lighting and charging are brought together in one wall-mounted fitting without requiring a separate table lamp.
Focused reading light and a separate E27 source
Denver’s compact LED spotlight is designed to provide focused light for reading. The spot measures 2.8 cm in diameter, while the integrated LED has a power of 3 W and a colour temperature of 3000 K. The LED is included with the fitting.
The second light source uses an E27 fitting and sits with the shade. It accepts a bulb up to 40 W, and the bulb is not included. This allows the characteristics of the shaded light to be selected separately through the choice of E27 bulb.
The combination gives Denver more flexibility than a wall light with only one fixed source. The spotlight can be used for more focused tasks, while the E27 light provides a separate lighting option.
Independent switches for both lights
Each light source has its own switch on the body of the fitting. The LED reading light and E27 light can therefore be used completely independently.
For reading, only the directional spotlight can be switched on. When focused light is not required, the shaded E27 source can be used on its own. Both can also be operated together when more light is wanted.
Body-mounted switches are especially practical when the fitting is installed within easy reach. This makes Denver naturally suited to positions where the wall light is operated from close by.
Integrated USB charging
Denver USB includes a built-in USB charging port for mobile devices. A compatible phone or other USB-powered device can be connected directly to the wall light for charging.
The charging function is particularly useful where a mobile device is normally kept close to the light. It allows lighting and charging to share the same wall-mounted position and reduces the need for a separate charging arrangement nearby.
Denver is 34 cm high and available in matt black or matt white. The black version creates a stronger visual contrast on the wall, while the white option blends more quietly with pale wall surfaces. Both colours provide the same lighting and charging functions.
