The Toledo Table Lamp from the Design by Grönlund collection is a slim decorative light combining warm ash wood, chrome and a narrow shade in a distinctive vertical composition. At 40 cm high and only 14 cm in diameter, Toledo takes up little space and works naturally on a side table, console or bedside surface. Two versions are available: ash and chrome with either a silver or black shade. Toledo uses one replaceable E27 bulb with a maximum rating of 60 W, allowing the final light output and colour temperature to be selected according to the room. The power switch is positioned on the cord.

Toledo is defined by the contrast between three different elements: warm ash wood, reflective chrome and a narrow fabric shade. The wood softens the metallic details, while the slim vertical proportions make the lamp easy to place where a wider table lamp would require more surface area.

Ash wood and chrome create a distinctive contrast

Wood is one of Toledo’s defining materials. The warm appearance of ash sits alongside chrome, giving the lamp a clear contrast between a natural-looking surface and polished metallic detail. This material combination makes Toledo visually interesting even when it is switched off.

With a diameter of only 14 cm and a height of 40 cm, Toledo is well suited to side tables, bedside surfaces and other furnishing areas where space is limited. Its narrow footprint allows the lamp to add height without requiring a broad base or oversized shade.

A narrow shade completes the vertical silhouette

Toledo is available with either a silver or black shade. The silver version continues the lighter metallic character of the chrome details, while the black option creates a stronger contrast with both the ash wood and chrome.

The narrow pleated fabric shade reinforces the lamp’s slim proportions. This makes Toledo noticeably different from table lamps built around a broad conventional shade and gives the design a tall, compact silhouette.

The two shade colours allow the same ash-and-chrome base to work with either a lighter or darker interior palette.

Choose the final light with an E27 bulb

Toledo uses one E27 lamp holder with a maximum rating of 60 W. The bulb is not included, so the luminous output and colour temperature can be selected according to the intended setting.

A warmer and softer bulb can support ambient lighting in a living room or bedroom, while a higher-output option can provide more supplementary light around the furnishing surface.

The power switch is located on the cord. Together with the replaceable E27 bulb and two shade options, this gives Toledo a straightforward technical setup while leaving the final character of the light to the selected bulb.
