The Savoy Floor Lamp is defined by the contrast between two clearly different surfaces. A polished chrome frame creates the tall reflective structure, while the clean white acrylic shade forms the dominant light-coloured element at the top. The design remains easy to read even when the lamp is switched off, with the chrome and white surfaces giving the fixture its recognisable character.
At 166 cm high, Savoy has the scale expected from a full-size floor lamp. Its 35 cm diameter keeps the overall footprint relatively compact, making it practical to position beside a sofa, armchair or other furnishing arrangement.
Polished chrome meets white acrylic
The Savoy frame has a polished chrome finish. Its reflective metal surface reacts to surrounding light and makes the long stem a visible part of the design. The white acrylic shade provides a clear contrast above it.
Keeping the palette focused on chrome and white puts the emphasis on the lamp’s shape and the difference between its materials rather than on decorative colour combinations.
Savoy works particularly well where the full height of the floor lamp can remain visible. The 166 cm structure rises clearly above lower furniture, while the 35 cm diameter helps keep the fixture manageable beside seating or other furnishings.
Select the light with an E27 bulb
Savoy uses one E27 lamp holder rated for a maximum of 60 W. The bulb is not included.
The replaceable E27 format allows the final luminous output to be chosen according to the intended use. Colour temperature is also determined by the selected bulb, making it straightforward to coordinate Savoy with the rest of the room’s lighting.
The bulb can also be changed later if a different brightness or light colour is preferred, while the fixture itself remains unchanged.
The power switch is positioned on the cord for direct everyday control.
A coordinated Savoy family
The Savoy family also includes a Table Lamp and Pendant Light. The same chrome-and-white-acrylic material language continues across the three formats, allowing Savoy to be repeated at different lighting levels within an interior.
The Floor Lamp brings the design into a 166 cm freestanding format, the Table Lamp provides a smaller version for furnishing surfaces, and the Pendant Light carries the same visual character to ceiling level.
